A random assortment of photos

I'm also sure you are waiting for this post (not for entirely lame reasons like the post 2 posts ago). This is because your class photographer will now upload the pics you have been waiting for!

As it is, photography is an art.....

Amidst the chaos of the scene, we see the faces of several familar people. However, due to the poor skill of the photographer, we find that the faces of these people have been overexposed by the flash. Hopefully this would not cause pernament eye damage to the people in the photo.

Ah such an happy occasion. If it only werent marred by a food fight. (Baskets will soon be featured in an upcoming entry)

Just like how 2008 JUMPSTART! redefined the meaning of jump, so has 08S6H redefined the meaning of napping. They have exceeded all known limits for catching fourty winks, including but not limited to:

-Sleeping within 10 secs of contact with any hard surface

-Sleeping despite constant supervision by a good lecturer (Courtesy of Mrs Tham)

-Sleeping in most known inertial body positions (sleeping while leaning forward at 45 degrees to the vertical, sleeping parallel to surface, sleeping while leaning to the sides, sleeping face down, sleeping face at side....) The only known body position that has not been done while sleeping is sleeping to the normal of the gound, but with Master Han Wen being able to sleep with eyes open (Courtesy to Ms Amy Lim for telling us that), I'm sure that with months of practice, this goal will definitely be achieved.

-And finally, sleeping while *GASP* talking (Courtesy of Mrs Tham again)

It is evident that this class is breaking all known human barriers. With more than 21 Months left to go, this class may also soon be breaking physical barriers. The applications of this are enormous:

-Time travel into the far future without experiencing any time passing will become possible with further refinements.

-Time management can be taken to new levels by sleeping while standing. This is an important theoretical goal that is currently a subject of much study, especially with the presence of catalysts like huangcheng.

-Research is also undergoing regarding the possibility of sleeping while in moving reference frames. This would bring us to the forefront of time management, allowing us to be able to utilize an additional 8 hrs a day.

However, several ethical issues need to be addressed. A major possibiltiy is that the research subjects may undergo an 08S6Hian transformation, rendering them into objects whose state of consciousness cannot be quantified as they are in a constant superposition whose wavefunction cannot be collapsed by the act of observation, or otherwise known as NAPs (Non Aware People). This would potentially limit the use of these applications.

Therefore, governments need to encourage a broad-ranging social discussion regarding the impacts of such research among all levels of society. A proper Cost Benefit Analysis should also be done to see whether the expected marginal benefit of ultimate time management outweighs the expected marginal cost of having a NAP event occur every 10 seconds.

In sort, entire dictionaries and encyclopedias will have to be rewritten to accomodate the new data that is currently streaming in from 08S6H.
